Westmeath, v.c. H23

Pyrola rotundifolia subsp. rotundifolia (a subspecies of Round-leaved Wintergreen) is an iconic Westmeath vascular plant. It's frequent enough in the county but rare elsewhere (for now, as appears to be increasing on cutaway bog) and listed as Near Threatened on the Irish Red List.
